Old Mission Santa Barbara was having it's annual Italian Street Art Festival.
^ We bought Zion some pastels cuz she was inspired :)
On the drive up to Solvang...we spotted a humongous wild fire in the Santa Ynez mountains.
Solvang is a funny little town.
And on the drive back into town...another fire.
As we were celebrating a vacation day and remembering our fallen heroes...we were reminded of the everyday local heroes in our midst.
