Bradley and I went through a 6 year long "vegan" stage in our younger years. No meat, no dairy, no leather or fur...you get the picture.

It's comical.......considering the fact that the same son we forced to eat tofu dogs...now works at a steakhouse and just drew an elk tag.

One fabulous snack idea we picked up during our time of self imposed insanity was Homemade Herb Corn. It sounds much fancier than it is. Simply make a batch of popcorn (in olive oil)....sprinkle w/salt and seasoning (lots of it.) It is absolutely addictive.

what is that? Vegi Spike? What is it?
I like it with Garlic Salt. That's how my cousin used to make it!

Omg, we love Spike at our house, Vegi Spike? Hmm i'll have to try that one...

Yeah, it's a yummy mixture of herbs and spices. I put it on everything...chicken....fish....in soups....but it is the BEST on popcorn. No butter needed.
